Galileo Webinar on Mental Health - 2.27.24

Mental health benefits have the potential to drive enormous upside for employees and employers alike. Yet the majority of care today relies too heavily on employees acknowledging the need and finding a solution on their own. This leads to the under-utilization of mental health benefits offered to employees, and decision makers looking for ways to streamline and ensure quality and effective use of their budgets.

Join this webinar to hear experts discuss new models of mental health care focused on proactive screening to uncover conditions early, decrease costly acute treatment, and improve whole-person health.

They’ll also dig into the many modalities of mental health treatment today, such as music-based therapy, virtual coaching, and specialized referrals, as well as share their perspective on:

  • The challenges with engagement
  • New approaches to meet more employees where they are
